This form must be submitted with your application unless you are also submitting the manual checklist included with your pdf application form.

NB: Dates in brackets indicate period in which payment is being made.
**NEW memberships paid from July 1st each year will be carried over until July 31st the FOLLOWING year i.e. 13 months.

MEMBERSHIP FEES

Membership year runs from 1st August to 31st July.
Please note: All dates and timeframes referred to below refer to the membership year (August 1st to July 31st), NOT a calendar year i.e. Sep 30th 2025 falls within the 2025/2026 membership year NOT the 2025 calendar year.

New Members

Youth 17 years & under

Non-breeding mare/gelding youth owner (any time) $55 + $10 joining fee

Breeding mare/stallion youth owner (Mar 1 – Jun 30) $55 + $10 joining fee

Renewing / Rejoining Members
